My name is Jeremy Detwiler and I specialize in residential and multi-family real estate sales in the Greater Tampa Bay area. I help individuals, families and partnerships with all aspects of Real Estate. Whether you are looking for a primary, secondary, vacation or income property – I can help guide you in the right direction.

I love great food. When I travel, I look for places with the most local attention – whether it is for the environment or the food itself. I appreciate homemade recipes, with organic ingredients, and truly enjoy cooking for my family. If you are a food enthusiast, chef or restaurateur, I will definitely try to find out more about you and the art of food, as you see it!

I have great respect for entrepreneurs and those business people that work hard to make their dreams happen. I admire the drive, persistence and determination to succeed. If you are just starting out or an established business person, I promise I will respect your time. It is the one thing that we cannot buy back.

Jeremy was very efficient in handling the sale of my house. On the first showing of my house, there were four offers presented. Because of the professional manner in which he informed the other of multiple offers, one person upped their offer and give me adequate time to pack and find another place to move. During all of this, Jeremy found many places for me to visit so I could find the one I liked the most. His help has been invaluable and I thank him for that.

Fantastic Experience.
Jeremy did a fabulous job from start to finish when selling my home. I needed to list and sell quickly. He was able to bring in a photographer immediately and suggested the optimal time and price point for listing. Selling a home can be very stressful, but it was such an easy transition for my family. Jeremy was always available when I needed to ask questions via phone or email. His response time was much faster than realtors I’ve used in the past. Plus, it was always optimistic, which I really appreciated! The marketing is fantastic and it drummed up showings from day one! Within two days, we had three offers! I’m super impressed with the service my family received, and I’d definitely recommend using Jeremy to friends and family members when buying and selling a home!
